摘要
目的:为了延长药物溶出时间和改进膜的柔软性而改进眼用载药膜的配方。方法:以聚乙烯醇(PVA)和白芨胶为药膜基质,制备氢溴酸后马托品眼用药膜,并进行体外溶出度和动物试验。结果:在PVA膜质中加入白芨胶可以改进PVA膜的药物缓释性能及膜的柔软性。
OBJECTIVE:In order to extend the drug dissolution rate in ophthalmic film and improve its flexibility,the improvement in formulation of ophthalmic film was studied.METHODS:Polyvinyl alcohol and gum bletilla were adopted as the film base and homatropine hydrobromide ophthalmic film was prepared.Then its dissolution rate in vivo was determined and be tested on animals.RESULTS:The dissolution rate and flexibility of the ophthalmic film could be improved by adding gum bletilla into PVA.CONCLUSION:The formulation for the film base selected by the author was proved reasonable.
