广东省村干部违法犯罪现象的实证研究

Empirical Study of Village Cadres Illegal and Criminal Activities in Guangdong Province

本文调查的统计结果显示:广东省各地村干部的违法犯罪行为在增加,尤其在经济发达地区增加更快;村干部违法犯罪行为的内容和性质都与土地有关,主要是贪污行为,在经济发达地区更是如此;村委会主任犯罪的几率比村支书高;最近几年村干部集体犯罪的趋势非常明显;村干部违法犯罪的事实主要通过举报这条途径被发现,但是,被发现的时间距最初的犯罪时间要滞后4年多;网络披露是相关案件最主要的信息来源。

Our data indicate illegal and criminal activities in Guangdong Province village cadres are increasing in recent years,especially in developed area. Most of those cases are about land,most of them are about corruption especially in developed area. Our data also indicate village heads are more illegal than village secretaries,and all village cadres are more illegal. In fact,those criminal activities are exposed by accusation and often later for four years. We also found the internet is most important resource.
