不同包装材料保存野战医院手术器械的效果研究

Analysis of preserving effect of different packages on operation appliance in field hospital

目的探讨野战条件下有利于无菌手术器械包长期保存的包装材料。方法随机选取用纯棉布、无纺布、纸塑包装袋包装的灭菌手术器械，比较灭菌后不同时间段的细菌菌落数。结果灭菌后14d，3组细菌菌落数差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；灭菌后30d，纯棉布组与无纺布组、纸塑包装组之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；灭菌后180d，纸塑包装组与纯绵布组、无纺布组之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论用纸塑包装袋包装灭菌手术器械有效期较长，适用于野战条件下灭菌手术器械的保存。

Objective To compare the preserving effect of different packages materials on operation appliance. Methods The operation appliances were wrapped by pare cotton cloth and paper-plastic materials and were sterilized. Results After 14 days sterilization, the bacterial colony among 3 groups showed no difference, while after after 30 and 180 days, the paper-plastic packaged operation had a longer preserving period than pure cotton cloth and fibrous cloth packages. The difference is significant（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Paper-plastic package is superior to packages of pure cotton and fibrous cloth. It can prolong the period of validity of preserving operation and decrease the workload and wastage.
