职技高师研究生培养创新体系的保障机制研究

Study on security mechanism of innovation system for post- graduates cultivation in vocational and technical normal colleges

2003年，首批职技高师获硕士学位授予权，开始培养硕士研究生，提升了职业教育人才培养的层次和规格，怎样才能保证研究生教育质量成为职技高师一项重要课题。针对研究生层次职教师资培养的背景以及教学中存在的主要问题进行分析，提出了职技高师研究生培养创新体系的构成要素，并对实施研究生培养创新体系的现实策略及保障机制进行了探讨。

The first group of vocational and technical normal colleges were granted the fight to confer master＇s degrees which has greatly upgraded the levels and standards of vocational education. Then there comes the issue of how to guarantee the quality of postgraduates education. This essay analyzes the background situation and problems of teaching resource cultivation at the post- graduate level and then lists the composing elements of the innovation system for postgraduates cultivation in vocational and technical normal colleges; it also discusses the strategies and security system in practicing the innovation system for postgraduates cultivation.
