不同土壤类型白榆种子萌发过程中生理生化变化的研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究测定了5个不同土壤类型白榆种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及在萌发过程中可溶性糖、还原糖含量和一些酶活性的变化,结果表明:5个不同土壤类型白榆种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数比较结果是:褐土>荒漠土>黄棕壤>棕钙土>黄绵土;种子在吸水萌发的过程中,可溶性糖含量的变化趋势是先升后降,但是还原糖含量一直在增加;在48 h前,不同土壤类型的白榆种子淀粉酶总活力、α-淀粉酶活性、β-淀粉酶活性在萌发的过程中均呈上升趋势,β-淀粉酶活性在48 h后开始急剧下降,总淀粉酶活性在56 h时达到最高值,其中种子活性最高的是褐土,最低的是黄绵土,之后都略有下降。 Determinde Pumila seed germination percentage, germination energy, germination index root in different five types soil. The result showed that Pumila seed germination percentage,germination energy and germination index present the same trend in five type soil they showed that cinnamon soil 〉 desert soil 〉 yellow brown soil 〉 loessal soil. The content of soulatable sugar increased at first, and then decreased during germination, but the content of reducing sugar increased always. The of total amylase α- amylase and β- amylase increased continuously befere germination 48 hours and then the activity of J3- amylase decreased rapidly. The activity of total amylase reached their maximun at germination 56 hours, which the highest seed activity was cinnamon soil, and the lowest was loessal soil. The activity of all kinds of index above-mentioned were all decreased exceed 56 hours.
