摘要
采用沸煮法研究固化剂、纳米填料、偶联剂等因素对环氧结构胶耐老化性能的影响。试验结果表明:采用固化剂复配的方法可以显著提高环氧结构胶的耐老化性能;掺加纳米填料、使用合适的偶联剂有利于改善环氧结构胶的耐老化性能。
The effects of curing agent, nano-powder and coupling agent on aging resistant performance of epoxy structural adhesive are discussed by boiling test. The results show that the aging resistance performance of the epoxy structural adhesives can be improved obviously by compound method. Nano-powder and suitable coupling agent are advantageous to improve the aging resistance performance.
