摘要
天天明滴眼液（天天明）对改变小鸡右眼视网膜成像致其眼球扩大的近视模型有明显的对抗作用；小鸡右眼的鼻颞赤道、腹背赤道径及视轴均明显小于生理盐水对照组。天天明能显著提高兔眼虹膜睫状体肌中乳酸脱氢酶活性，并明显增加眼组织中微量元素锌、铬的含量。
To evaluate the anti-myopic effect of guttae Tiantian Ming(TTM), a myopic model was made by retinal-image degradation producing ocular enlargement of right eyes in chicks. The experimental result showed the effect was obvious. TTM could raise lectate dehydrogenase activity in irisciliary body and the contents of Zn, Cr in ocular tissues also increased.
