摘要
本文叙述了热分析法评定铁水质量的基本原理,介绍了新型多功能铁水质量快速分析仪微机系统的设计,其中包括传感器、多路数据采集系统的硬件和软件设计。文中阐述了提高抗干扰性能的措施,给出仪器在现场试用的结果及测量误差。
This paper introduces the principle of the method of thermal analysis used in steel foundry production and the design of hardware and software in the microprocessor system of a new multifunction speedy-tester for analyzing the quality of cast iron. Some methods adopted to improving the anti-interference performance of the tester are discussed. The results of effectiveness of the tester taken in some steel foundries as well as the measuring errors of the tester are given,
