摘要
将120只小鼠分成3个实验组:给药照射组(CTS+I)、照射给药组(I+CTS)、给药照射给药组(CTS+I+CTS)。每组又分为不同剂量组(单纯照射对照组,125、250、500mg/kg)组。对各组小鼠进行60GYχ射线照射,观察壳糖胺(Chitosa,CTS)对受照小鼠在不同时间段的平均存活天数、存活率及保护指数的影响。结果表明:由于使用了CTS大大提高了受照小鼠的存活率,平均存活时间与保护指数。说明在照射前预防给药能更好的起到吸附X射线和消除自由基的作用,提高小鼠的存活率。
One hundred and twenty mice were divided into three experimental groups,drugged and irradiated group(CTS+I),irradiated and drugged group(I+CTS),drugged,irradiated and drugged group(CTS+I+CTS).The mice in every group were divided into four groups,control group of only irradiation,the group of 125,250and 500mg/kg.The effect of Chitosan(CTS)on the survival rate,average survival time and protection index of every period was observed aftcr each group mice were exposed to 60GY Xray.The results showed that the CTS made the survival rate,the average survival time and the protection index increased significantly.There were significant difference compared with control group.(P<005,P<001).The most effective one was the (CTS+I)group in all groups.The survival rate was 100%,80%and 70% in 10d,20d and 30d.And it was 70%,10% and 0% in the control group.The result suggested that the CTS can get a better cffect of absorbing Xray and caneel freeradical,drugged before irraidiation.So the suvival rate of mice were increased.
