摘要
总结1例主动脉瓣置换术后并发交感风暴患者的护理经验。护理中详细了解病情,严密观察体征,及时发现问题,配合医生有效抢救。复苏后及时给予预防感染、保护脑组织的护理措施。患者愈后良好,无后遗症发生。对于交感风暴的患者,积极有效的护理措施是抢救成功的关键。
To summarize the experiences of nursing a the measures of detailing more disease process ,observing citation,we gave the methods of preventing infection and come without sequela. patient with electrical storm after aortic valve replacement. We took closely,discovering in time and rescuing effectively. After the resusprotecting brain organization in time. The patient had an good outcome without sequela.
