摘要 探讨经心室穿刺封堵婴幼儿非肌部室间隔缺损(VSD)的围术期护理经验。对我院治疗非肌部VSD患儿进行回顾性分析,总结护理要点,包括:做好术前、术后严密监测生命体征,加强呼吸道管理,以及对溶血的观察和护理,做好出院指导工作。 To discuss the experiences of perioperative nursing for infants undergoing perventricular device closure of nonmuscular ventricular septal defects. The nursing key points included perioperative monitoring,respiratory tract management,observation and nursing for hematolysis and health education.
