总结脱细胞尿道细胞外基质修复尿道缺损的护理。对5例男性尿道缺损患者做好心理护理,进行充分的术前准备,术后观察局部血液循环状况,预防各种并发症的发生等。5例患者术后6周拔出尿管,均能自行排尿。对脱细胞尿道细胞外基质修复尿道缺损患者进行针对性地护理,可以有效促进患者的顺利康复。

Objective To summarize the nursing care of patients with extracellular matrix（ECM）for the replacement of urethral. Methods Five male patients with urethral defect undergoing efficient nursing implements including appropriate psychological nursing care,complete preoperative prepareration,moditoration on local blood circulation and prevention from all potential complications. Results Six weeks after surgery,the catheter could be removed ,And all five patients could micturate autonomously. Conclusions The targeted nursing plan of patients with tissue-engineering material for the replacement of urethral is an effective approach to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
