玉米花粉山楂口服液遗传毒性研究

Experimental study on genotoxicity of oral corn pollen haw liquor

目的探讨玉米花粉山楂口服液对动物及人的遗传毒性。方法鼠伤寒沙门氏菌／微粒体酶实验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核实验和人体外周血淋巴细胞体外培养染色体畸变实验观察。结果玉米花粉山楂口服液对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌组氨酸回复突变、小鼠骨髓微核实验、人体外周血淋巴细胞体外培养染色体畸变实验均无诱变作用。结论玉米花粉山楂口服液无遗传毒理活性作用。

Objective To research the genotoxicity of oral corn pollen haw liquor(OCPHL) on human and experimental animal.Methods Mutagenicity of OCPHL at various concentration was determined in Salmonella/microsome system test(Ames test), bone marrow micronucleus test in mice and lymphocyte chromosomal aberration test in human beings. Results Genotoxicitial test results show that His + reservertants/plate of TA97、TA98、TA100 with or without liver microsomal metabolic activation(S9) were not more than the controls .This oral liquid did not raise either rate of micronucleus or chromosomal aberration.Conclusion OCPHL has no mutagenicity.
