摘要
目的探讨sIL-2R、T淋巴细胞亚群和NK细胞在原发性高血压中的变化与意义。方法分别用酶标双抗体夹心法、碱性磷酸酶抗碱性磷酸酶法和改良的微量细胞毒试验—乳酸脱氢酶释放法检测76例原发性高血压患者的sIL-2R、T淋巴细胞亚群、自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)的数量与活性。结果原发性高血压患者sIL-2R水平明显增高,CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、NK细胞活性显著降低,且sIL-2R和CD4/CD8的异常随病情的加重而加重。有家族史的患者较对照组NK细胞数量显著减少。结论原发性高血压患者存在sIL-2R异常和细胞免疫的调节紊乱,终致IL-2的产生与功能障碍,此可能是引起本病的重要环节。sIL-2R和CD4/CD8的异常变化可以反映疾病的严重程度,而NK细胞数量的异常似与本病的遗传因素有关。
Objective To research the changes and significancy of sIL-2R,T-lymphocyte and NK cells in patients with esstntial hypertension(EH).Method The alkaline phosphatase anti-aikaline phosphatase(APAAP),lactase dehydrogenase enzyme-release method,the sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were used to study the numbers and activities of sIL-2R,T-lymphocyte and NK cells in the serum of 76 EH patients.Results The level of sIL-2R in EH patients' serum was significantly increased.The activities of CD 3,CD 4,CD 4/CD 8,NK cells in the EH patients' serum were lower than those in normal control group . The abnormality of sIL-2R and CD 4/CD 8 developed in patents with EH,the NK cells number was greatly decreased in patients with a family history.Conclusion Our study showed that abnormality of sIL-2R and cell laur immunity exhibited in EH patients.The reduction of production and activity of IL-2 are the important factors in EH immune damage.The increase of sIL-2R and decrease of CD 4/CD 8 can reflect the severity of the disease .The decrease of the NK cells number may relate with genetic factor of EH.
