从痰瘀论治膝骨性关节炎50例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 50 Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis Treated by Dissolving Phlegm-Stasis

目的观察从痰瘀论治膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将膝骨性关节炎患者100例随机分为两组,治疗组50例口服中药治疗,对照组50例口服扶他林及维生素C,两组均以1周为1个疗程。连续治疗2个疗程后,对两组治疗前后症状总积分变化及临床疗效进行分析比较。结果两组治疗后症状总积分均较治疗前有明显下降(P<0.01,P<0.05);X线分级Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级患者治疗后总积分下降治疗组比对照组更为明显(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级患者优良率亦高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论从痰瘀论治膝骨性关节炎能有效改善临床症状。

Objective To study the clinical effect of the treatment for knee osteoarthritis by dissolving the phlegm-stasis. Methods The 100 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomized into the treatment group and control group with 50 in each. The former was treated by oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine while the latter by oral administration of Votalin and vitamin C. One week as one course, two courses in succession. The comparative analysis on symptom score and therapeutic effect of two groups before and after treatment was carried out. Results After treatment, the symptom scores of both groups were significantly lowered （P〈0. 01,P〈0.05）. The total symptom scores of patient with X-ray Grade 1 and 2 in the treatment group were more significantly lowered than those of the control group （P^0. 05）. The remarkably effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment by dissolving the phlegm-stasis is effective in relieving the clinical symptoms of knee osteoarthritis.
