湿热证舌微生态与细胞凋亡的相关性 被引量:6

Correlation between Tongue Fur Micro-ecosystem and Apoptosis in Patients with Dampness-heat Syndrome

摘要 目的观察湿热证黄腻苔舌微生态与细胞凋亡指数的变化,探讨湿热证舌苔形成机理。方法42例湿热证黄腻苔患者为实验组,28名健康人正常舌象为对照组,所有研究对象清洁口腔后刮取舌苔送检舌上皮细胞凋亡指数、细菌总数,进行比较分析。结果舌上皮细胞凋亡指数实验组低于对照组,实验组厚黄腻苔与实验组薄黄腻苔及对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其变化表现为正常舌苔>湿热证薄黄腻苔>湿热证厚黄腻苔;细菌总数实验组高于对照组,实验组厚黄腻苔较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其变化表现为湿热证厚黄腻苔>湿热证薄黄腻苔>正常舌苔;两组舌上皮细胞凋亡指数与细菌总数相关分析无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论湿热证的病因病机和病位的变化反映在舌苔的变化上,可能与舌微生态和细胞凋亡指数的变化有关,但两指标间的相关性未得到证实。 Objective To explore the mechanism of the formation of tongue fur of patients with dampness-heat syndrome, by observing the changes between yellow-greasy fur micro-ecosystem and apoptosis index. Method 42 cases of patients with dampness-heat syndrome of yellow-greasy fur served as experimental group, 28 cases of healthy subjects served as control group. After cleaning mouths, the tongue fur of all subjects were scraped and the tongue cell apoptosis index and total bacterial count of tongue fur were tested, then the test data from both groups were analysed and compared. Results The tongue epithelial cell apoptosis index in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, with significant differences among subjects with thick yellow-greasy fur in the experimental group, and those with thin yellow-greasy fur in the experimental group and control group (P〈0. 05). The gradation of the index from high to low was normal fur, thin yellow-greasy fur, thick yellow-greasy fur;the total bacterial count of tongue fur in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, with a significant difference between thick fur experimental group and control group (P〈0. 01), the gradation of the count from high to low was thick yellow-greasy fur, thin yellow-greasy fur, normal fur. The correlation analysis between the tongue epithelial cell apoptosis index and the total bacterial count of tongue fur was not significant (P〈0. 05). Conelusions The changes of etiopathogenisis, pathogenesis and disease location with dampness-heat syndrome was reflected in the pathological change of tongue fur, which is concerned with the changes of tongue fur micro-ecosystem and tongue epithelial cell apoptosis index, but the correlation between the two indicators hasn't been confirmed.
