摘要
以涂层织物类膜材为主要研究对象,在膜面张力检测技术的研究与应用等方面进行了系统研究。在课题组前期研究的基础上,改进、完善了膜材张力测量仪,并应用于多项膜结构工程中,评定膜结构张拉施工质量。研制的试验设备以及经试验验证的试验方法构成了膜结构发展的相关技术储备,在建筑膜材料和膜结构力学性能方面的研究成果为膜结构的科学施工以及安全性能评价提供了技术支持。
Systematic research was conducted on the coated fabric membranes, focused on the measurement technique of membrane tension. Engineering test and analysis is adopted as the main research method. On the basis of previous achievements of the research group, the measuring device for membrane tension is improved and applied to several kinds of membrane structure projects to assess the pulling construction quality. Test machines devised and test methods concluded and validated by tests constitute the related technical reserve of the development of membrane structure. The research results on the mechanical performance of membrane materials and membrane structures can provide technical support for the computation, design, construction and safety evaluation of membrane structures.
