摘要
GJ5×2大型双槽高强度搅拌磨机是由北京矿冶研究总院研制的新型超细磨设备。该设备采用了双叶轮搅拌器、方断面双槽体和带负荷启动等创新技术。设备生产能力大、超细磨效率高、产品粒度细、可连续生产,同时具有人性化的结构和外形尺寸,便于安装、操作和维修。该设备已成功应用于煤系煅烧高岭土剥片中,生产能力可达1.2~1.5t/h,单台产品粒度可达-2μm85%以上,两台串联产品粒度可达-2μm90%以上。
G J5 ×2 large-scale and higher intensity double cells stirring mill developed by BGRIMM is the newest ultrafine grinding equipment in China. The stirring mill adopts some inaugurated technologies such as the stirrer with double impellers, the bin with double cells in square section and the method of loaded starting by high-pressure air. The stirring mill characterizes with larger throughput, higher efficiency in ultrafine grinding, finer product size and continuate production, the human-friendly structure and dimension convenient for installation, operation and maintenance. The stirring mills had been used successfully for delamination of coal calcined kaolin with the results of-2μm over 90% of product size in serial two mills with the throughput of 1.2- 1.5t/h.
