传统干燥供热设备都是换热式热风炉,该设备虽然能提供洁净的热风,不影响产品的质量,但干燥1t水耗煤量过高(约0.4t)。本公司选用一种新型热风炉代替换热式热风炉,一台热风炉同时应用在干燥超细高岭土和超细重质碳酸钙两条干燥系统上,在不影响产品质量的情况下,干燥1t水耗煤量降低到0.22t左右,大大降低了生产成本。该干燥工艺的推广应用具有一定的经济和社会效益。
