螺内酯和福辛普利配伍治疗慢性心衰室性心律失常120例临床观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨螺内酯和福辛普利配伍治疗慢性心衰室性心律失常的治疗效果。方法:对120例慢性心衰合并室性心律失常患者应用螺内酯和福辛普利治疗前后,血清钾、镁离子、室性早搏、短阵室速进行监测。结果:所有病人用药后室性早搏明显减少(P<0.05),成对室早、短阵室速消失(P<0.01),血清钾、镁离子变化不大(P>0.05)。结论:螺内酯和福辛普利联合治疗慢性心衰伴室性心律失常疗效良好,不会引起高钾血症。
