摘要
报道接触／非接触式激光联合对较大的腺体BPH经尿道切除23例经验．术前经腹B超测定队体43.6－87．3ml，平均56.7±11．6ml，最大尿流率8．4ml／s．术中先以接触式激光将5．7点间胶体切除，再以侧射探头照射测叶脉体致组织塌陷，扩大排尿通过．手术成功21例．术后短期随访29－107天，平均44．5天，最大尿流串测定172±4.4ml／s．术后尿路刺激症状持续时间长短与原体大小有关．作者认为．接触／非接触式激光联合应用安全有效，适用于具有前列腺增生梗阻、刺激症状的高危患者，但过大腺体及中叶凸向膀胱明显者，效果不佳．
