红光对红曲霉生长及次级代谢产物的影响 被引量:10

摘要 光照作为重要的环境因子之一,对包括真菌在内的多种生物的生长及生理过程起着重要作用。研究发现,红色单色光对平板培养的红曲霉(Monascus M10)菌落形态有明显的影响;在液态发酵时,红光在发酵初期可促进红曲霉的生长并促进其提前进入色素合成期,但对其生物量无明显影响;红光培养与黑暗培养对照相比,其发酵液、菌丝及单位菌丝中产生的色素都有明显提高,并在一定程度上降低了桔霉素的产量。 Light as one of the important environmental factors is significant to the growth and the physiological reactivity of many organisms including filamentous fungi. This paper indicates that the red light has an apparent effect on the morphology of Monascus M10 cultured en plates;Besides in liquid fermentation environment,red light stimulates the growth of cell and makes Monascus M10 enter into the period of pigment synthesis ahead of that in the darkness culture condition. Meanwhile, no obvious biomass difference is observed between the culture conditions with or without red light. In conclusion ,red light can increase the production of pigment and decrease the production of citrinin of Monascus M10.
