摘要
为了研究钻地风挥发油的化学成分及其抗炎药效,我们采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取钻地风挥发油并用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)技术分析,分别用佛波酯醇(PMA)或二甲苯(xylene)诱导小鼠耳肿胀,在致炎部位外涂钻地风挥发油以观察疗效。从钻地风挥发油中分离并鉴定了24个组分,占总峰面积含量的96.01%,主要由萜类、芳香羟类成分构成,分别为(E)-1,2-亚甲二氧基-4-丙烯基-苯(23.47%),桉树脑(11.503%),芳樟醇(9.558%),β-松油醇(9.201%),α-蒎烯(7.185%)等,实验显示钻地风挥发油外用可以显著抑制佛波酯醇或二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳肿胀。
To study the chemical components and the anti-inflammation effect of the essential oil from Schizophragma integrifolium,the essential oil was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS technique. Phogrboll2-myristatel3-acetate(PMA) or xylene was used to induce inflammatory on the ear of mouse. 24 components were isolated and identified which accounted for 96.01% of the total contents of the essential oil. The essential oil significantly inhibited the inflammatory that caused by PMA or xylene. The essential oil from Schizophragrna integrifolium was mainly consisted of terpenoid and aromatic hydrocarbon, and the oil has the effects of anti-inflammatory.
