Influence of Catalysts on Natural Coke-steam Gasification Characteristics

摘要 在小型流化床实验台上研究催化剂对天然焦-蒸汽气化特性的影响,考察了Ni、Fe、K、Ca基及其混合基催化剂对气化性能的影响。实验结果表明,添加催化剂能有效改善气化特性;单组分催化剂中,Ni基催化剂催化效果较好;复合型催化剂催化效果强于单组分催化剂。干混法添加天然焦质量4%的混合催化剂,其Fe基、Ni基、Cu基金属含量比分别为35%、55%、10%、与无催化剂相比,可将气化反应碳转化率从原来的34.6%提高到56.4%,提高1.63倍,产气量提高1.75倍,小时产气热值提高近2倍。 Experiments were carried out to study the influences of catalysts on the natural coke-steam gasification characteristics in a bench scale fluidized bed. Four catalysts including K, Ca, Fe, Ni catalysts and their mixture were tested. The experimental results show that the gasification reaction rate, product gas yield, carbon conversion rate and gas heating value per hour increase where K, Ca, Fe, Ni catalysts are added to the natural coke samples respectively or in their mixture. Among the four catalysts Ni catalyst has the best catalytic performance. The effect of the mixed catalysts is better than that of the single catalyst. When the metal mass fraction of catalysts is 4% of the natural coke and the metal mass ratio of Fe, Ni, Ca in the mixed catalysts is 35%, 55%, 10%, the carbon conversion rate increases from 34.6% to 56.4%, and increases by 1.63 times. The product gas yield increases by 1.75 times, and the heating value of the product gas per hour increases by 2 time compared with those without catalysts.
