摘要
以SnCl2·2H2O为原料,草酸为络合剂,CTAB作为保护剂和分散剂,水热法制备了粒度均匀的SnO2纳米粉体。采用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)检测了产物的晶体结构和粒径分布。结果表明,所制得的SnO2为四方金红石结构,水热反应6h所得产物粒径均一,约为6nm,分散性好。研究了不同反应时间所制备的产物对酒精的气敏性能,发现产物对酒精的气敏性能比市售酒敏传感器优良,水热反应6h所得粉体对酒精的响应最好。
Well-dispersed SnO2 nanopowders were successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method using SnCl2· 2H2O as raw materials, oxalic acid as complexing agents and CTAB as surfactants. XRD and TEM were used to characterize the crystal structures and morphologies of the products. The results show that the obtained nanopowders are tetragonal rutile structure, and 6 h was the optimum reaction time. The gas sensing properties study also indicates nanopowders show improved alcohol response than that of commefrcial ones, and the product obtained at 160℃ for 6 h exhibits better sensing performance.
