PWHT对高层建筑用厚板CGHAZ性能影响的研究

摘要 以100mm厚高层建筑用Q345-GJD钢板为研究对象,采用焊接热模拟技术,再现焊接粗晶区,进一步模拟粗晶区和母材经过不同焊后热处理工艺后的组织特点。通过分析微观组织,测试其冲击等性能,确定出适合100mm厚Q345-GJD钢的焊后热处理温度,即560℃±10℃,保温150min。 The Q345 - GJD heavy steel plate with a thickness of 100 mm used for high-rise building is taken as the object. The coarse grain heat-affected zone (CGHAZ) can be recurred by a welding thermal simulation machine. Also, the simulated CGHAZ and the base metal are further simulated by different post weld heat treatment (PWHT). The proper PWHT parameters, whose PWHT temperature is 560 ℃ ±10 ℃, and holding time is about 150 rain, suitable for the Q345 - GJD heavy plate with a thickness of 100 mm can be achieved by analyzing microstructures and impact property of the specimens.
