408例晚发和早发性精神分裂症对照研究

A Controlled Study of 408 Patients with Schizophrenia of Late-Onset and Early-Onset

为了比较晚发和早发精神分裂症的临床特征，本文对４０８例精神分裂症病人进行了比较。结果显示晚发组女性居多，更多见幻听、感知障碍、被害妄想、嫉妒妄想，更易于治疗；而早发组更多见情感淡漠、情感不协调且发病时家中同住人口多。提示两者可能为一种疾病的不同亚型。

To compare the clinical characteristics of late-versus early-onset schizophrenia.Method: This was a retrospective study of the clinical characteristics of 51 patients with late- onset schizophrenia and 357 patient with early-onset schizophrenia.Results:Comparatively there were more women who suffered form visual hallucinations.disorders of sensation and consciousness. delusions of persecutory or infidelity in patients with late-onset schizophrenia and they were earier to cure while in patients with early-onset schizophrenia indifference, inappropriate affection were more common and the number of inhabitants were greater when patients suffered from the illness.Discussion: Late-and early-onset schizophrenia might be different subgroups of schizophrenia.
