摘要
建立了一种合成巨豆二烯二酮的方法,摩尔百分比5%的高氯酸锰在8~15倍量(摩尔比)吡唑的存在下,以叔丁基过氧化氢为氧化剂,可催化氧化α-紫罗兰酮和β-紫罗兰酮分子结构中的环己烯烯丙位,合成香味化合物4,7E-巨豆二烯-3,9-二酮和5,7E-巨豆二烯-4,9-二酮,产率分别是65%和45%。
A method for the synthesis of megastigmadien diones has been established, and Manganese(Ⅱ) perchlorate hexahydrate in conjunction with 8-15 times(mole ratio) pyrazole, using tert-butyl hydroperoxide as oxidant, have catalyzed the formation of 4, 7E-megastigmadien-3,9-dione and 5,7E-megastigmadien 4,9-dione, a class of tobacco flavoring substances, in 65% and 45% yield, respectively, by the allylic oxidation of cyclohexene moiety of α ionone and α-ionone.
