阳离子分散松香胶在MOW脱墨浆中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 该文使用实验室自制的乳化剂和工业表面活性剂复配,采用常压逆转法,制备了性能稳定的阳离子分散松香胶。在大量的实验基础上总结出了常压逆转法制备阳离子分散松香胶的工艺参数,包括温度、转速、加料速度和冷却速度等。在此基础上将该阳离子分散松香胶应用于混合办公废纸脱墨浆,对其手抄片的施胶效果和物理强度进行测定,发现该分散松香胶能够在近中性条件下使用,硫酸铝用量在1%左右为最佳,在不使用任何助留剂时,使用1%的和1.5%的松香胶,纸页的施胶度分别能够达到70s和85s。考察该分散松香胶对纸页物理强度时发现,抗张强度、撕裂强度和耐破强度均有一定程度的损失。 A stable cationic dispersed rosin size was prepared by conventional phase inversion process using a emulsifying system combined self-made emulsifier with commercial surfactants. Process parameters for preparing the rosin size, such as temperature, stirring speed,feeding, rate of emulsifier and water and cooling speed were summarized according to experiments. The cationic dispersed rosin size was used in sizing MOW de-inked pulp to investigate its sizing performance and influence on paper physical properties. It is found that the rosin size can be used under near neutral conditions while the optimum addition level of alum is 1%. When 1% and 1.5% of the rosin size are added, the sizing degree of handsheets can be as high as 70 s and 85 s respectively without the promotion of any retention aid. However,the introduction of the rosin size brings some negativeness on the handsheet physical properties such as tensile strength, tearing strength and bursting strength.
