摘要
要提升图书馆从业者的职业认同感,一方面需要管理者在人力资源管理方面营造以人为本的环境,另一方面需要社会各界予以协同合作。探讨了提升图书馆从业者职业认同感的具体措施。
Improving the professional identification of the librarians needs the managers' establishing the people- based environment in the aspect of human resource management and the cooperation of all circles of the society. This paper probes into some concrete measures for improving the professional identification of the librarians.
