Research on the Transfer of the Surplus Rural Labor Forces in Hunan Province

剩余劳动力转移是开发利用农村人力资源的一种重要方式。分析了湖南农村剩余劳动力转移的主要障碍,提出了促进劳动力转移的对策和建议。

The transfer of the surplus rural labor forces is an important mode for developing and utilizing the rural human resource. This paper analyzes the main impediments to the transfer of rural surplus labor forces in Hunan Province, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the transfer of rural surplus labor forces.
