The Credit Rating, which is a specialized course of the business school, possesses the condition of implementing the bilingual teaching according to the features of this course. From the aspects of the selection of teaching materials, the requirements for the teachers, the design of the teaching methods, and the evaluation on the teaching effects, etc., this paper probes into the problem of the bilingual teaching used in the course of the Credit Rating.
