This paper expounds the concept and functions of ERP, probes into the inevitability of introducing ERP into the nonwovens enterprises, analyzes the problems occurring after the introduction of ERP, discusses the conditions under that the enterprise implement ERP project successfully, and puts forward the idea for nonwovens enterprises to implement ERP project.
