The management of E-reading room of university library is a new problem faced by the libraries in the 20th century. This paper introduces the characteristics of E-reading room of the library, analyzes the problems existing in the management and construction of E-reading room, and probes into how to give full play to the functions of E-reading room of modern library and providing high-quality services for the readers.
