摘要
就公众对图书馆形象中的职业精神和职业服务方面提出的不同看法,分析了其产生的原因,论述了重塑图书馆形象的重要性以及如何重塑图书馆形象。
In the light of some different opinions on the professional spirit and professional service in the image of the library, this paper analyzes the reasons of these differences, discusses the importance of remolding library＇s image and how to remold library＇s image.
