Based on summing up American and Norwegian small and medium-sized enterprises oriented information service modes, this paper introduces the present situation of proving the information services for small and medium-sized enterprises by Sichuan university libraries, analyzes the existing problems, and probes into the construction of small and medium-sized enterprises oriented information service mode.
