用LPCVD法制备TiO_2薄膜光催化降解苯酚溶液

摘要 研究了用减压法制备TiO2薄膜,并对其光催化活性进行了分析,通过实验证明锐钛矿结构的TiO2薄膜光催化活性明显要高于金红石型和无定形的TiO2薄膜,用LPCVD法制备的TiO2薄膜的光催化使用寿命相当长。 This paper researches the preparation of TiO2 membrane by using the decompression,analyzes the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 membrane, and through the test, proves that the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 membrane with anatase structure is higher than that of rutile and amorphous TiO2 membranes, and the photocatalytic service life of TiO2 membrane perpared by LPCVD is considerably long.
