This paper introduces the connotations of the teacher-student relationship in the new period, expounds the present situation of the current teacher-student relationship, and based on analyzing the reasons of the problems, puts forward some corresponding suggestions on establishing the new teacher-student relationship from three aspects of the school, teacher and student.
