对国内外大学与政府之间的关系进行了分析研究,并就我国当前大学与政府之间存在的矛盾进行了深刻的剖析,为正确处理好大学与政府两者的关系奠定了理论基础。
This paper makes analytical research on the relationship between university and government in China and foreign countries, and makes profound analysis on the contradictions between university and government in China at present, which lays the theoretic foundation for treat well the relationship between university and government.
