摘要
阐述了加强物资管理、降低工程成本的措施,指出只有物资验收、储备、消耗、回收利用4个重要环节都处于有效控制状态,才能降低工程成本。
This paper expounds some measures for strengthening the material management and reducing the construction cost, and points out that only the four links of material＇s acceptance, reserve, consumption and recycling are in effectively controlled state, can the construction cost be reduced.
