摘要 阐述了开放存取的概念,介绍了目前国内外主要的开放存取数据库,针对开放存取系统面临的挑战,提出了相应的建议。 This paper expounds the concept of the open access, introduces some main domestic and foreign open access databases, and in the light of the challenges to the open access system, puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
