阐述了竞争情报的定义及其对企业生存发展的作用,分析了图书馆开展竞争情报咨询服务的优势,探讨了图书馆开展竞争情报咨询服务的方法,提出了图书馆在开展竞争情报咨询服务中存在的问题及对策。
This paper introduces the definition of competitive intelligence and its functions on the existence and development of enterprise, analyses the advantages of the library in developing the competitive intelligence consultation services, probes into the methods for developing the competitive intelligence consultation services by the library, points out some problems existing in developing the competitive intelligence consultation services by the library, and puts forward some countermeasures.
