Competency Theory:Restructuring the Core Competency of the Curator of University Library

作为图书馆事业发展的动力之源,馆长的核心胜任力必须得到重构整合。以胜任能力理论为标尺,分析了高校图书馆馆长的核心胜任力,提出了增强胜任力的策略。

Being as is the original power of the development of the library cause, the core competency of the curator must be reconstructed and integrated. Taking the competency theory as the ruler, this paper analyzes the core competency of the curator of university library, and puts forward some measures for strengthening the competency.
