阐述了我国政府门户网站、安徽省政府门户网站建设现状,分析了安徽省政府门户网站建设中存在的问题,针对这些问题,提出了精简机构、完善职能、增强政府信息的透明度、提高公众的参与度、强化信息安全意识、建立安全防御系统、加大网上在线培训力度等建议。

This paper expounds the present situation of the construction of our country＇ s government portal website and Anhui＇s provincial government portal website, analyzes the problems existing in the construction of Anhui＇s provincial portal website, and in the light of these problems, puts forward some suggestions such as streamlining government organs and perfecting the functions, strengthening the transparency of the governmental information, increasing the participation rate of the public, strengthening the consciousness of the information security, establishing the security system, and devoting greater efforts to the online training, etc.
