摘要
应用气浮和生物接触氧化相结合工艺,处理榆次废纸再生加工厂造纸废水,处理规模300m3/d。工程设计考虑了对原有设施的利用,预处理采用气浮法去除造纸废水中大部分的悬浮物,生物处理单元采用生物接触氧化法,生物处理后的废水过滤后回用于造纸制浆车间,投入运行后效果良好。
By using the process of combining the flotation and bio-contact oxidation, this engineering treats the wastewater of Yuci Waste Paper Regeneration Processing Plant with the flow rate of 300 m3/d. The engineering design takes into account the utilization of the former equipment. The pretreatment adopts the flotation method to remove most of the suspended solids from the papermaking wastewater, the biological treatment unit uses the bio-contact oxidation, the wastewater after the biological treatment and filtration is back to the papermaking slip house. After putting into operation, the effective of the engineering is satisfactory.
