摘要
农村乡土人才是建设新农村的生力军。通过分析山西省乡土人才队伍建设中存在的问题,提出了加强农村乡土人才队伍建设的建议及对策。
The rural local talent team is the fresh troop of constructing the new countryside. Through analyzing the problems existing in the construction of the local talent team in Shanxi Province, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for strengthening the construction of the rural local talent team.
