摘要
目的:研究解脲支原体(Uu)在精液中感染部位、寄生规律以及对生育影响。方法:用免疫荧光定位了解脲支原体在精液中存在情况;用培养法相差显微镜观察作了验证比较。结果:2例定位在精子头部顶体后区,3例定位在精子尾部中段,4例在精浆中找到游离的Uu,感染Uu的精液、精子活动率、活动力、密度均低于生育对照组,畸形率增高,P值均<0.05。相差显微镜观察,精子头尾有块状物附着,变形,臃肿,运动方式改变,运动受阻。结论:Uu在精液中感染直接吸附在精子特定部位,产生精子功能性和器质性损伤,干扰受精。
Objectives:To study the live position,regular and influence of fertility of Ureaplasma Urealyticum(Uu) infection in semen. Methods: To study the live condition of Unin semen by assignment immunofluorescence. The contrast methods are phase contrast photography and culture. Results: A total of 39 semens of male infertility had been cultured,among them 9 cases were positive. They were also positive by assignment immunofluorescence study,in which,2 cases assignment immunofluorescence in sperm head, 3 cases in the middle of sperm tail and 4 cases were free in the seminal plasma. The sperm activity, vitality and concentration of Uu infection were lower than the constract fertility group. The sperm malformation rate were higher. Through phase contrast photography,we found microorganisms attached to sperm head and tail,the sperms were out of shape and swelling,the sport way of the sperms were changed. Conclusions:It showed the damage of function and qualities of sperm could be caused by Uu infection and interfered insemination.
