细菌L型感染与男性不育关系的探讨

Relationship between bacterial L-forms and male fertility

目的：探讨细菌L型感染与男性不育的关系。方法：对62例男性精液进行了细菌L型培养，并对分离到的细菌进行了药敏分析。结果：检出细菌L型13株（20％），其中同时检出细菌型6株，7例仅分离出L型。在检出的13株细菌L型中，经返祖鉴定为金黄色葡萄球菌6株、表皮葡萄球菌3株、大肠杆菌3株、棒状杆菌1株。结论：提示细菌L型感染与男性不育存在一定关系。

Objectives:To study the relationship between bacterial L-forms and male fertility. Methods: 13 strains of bacterial L-forms from semen of 62 cases with male fertility were islated the sensitivity to antibiotic about bacteria was discussed. Results: Their colonies,Gram stain and cell wall stain had the characteristics of bacterial L-forms. Among 13 strains L-form in positive specimens,6 strains of bacterial form were isolated at the same time. Others were L-forms only. Through atavism detecting there were 6 strains Staph aureus, 3 strains Staph. epidemidis, 3 strains E. colt and 1 strain Corynebacterium. Conclusions: This indicated that there was relationship between bacterial L-forms and male fertility.
