摘要 强力输送带的无损检测是工业生产中的重大问题,通过分析基于X光的强力输送带无损检测系统检测到的强力输送带图像的阅读、处理,特别是故障的定位,系统设置了能够真实反映输送带实际尺寸的垂直标尺和水平标尺;经理论分析和现场测试证实,不仅能够对检测到的强力输送带图像进行观察和处理,而且实现了准确估算输送带接头伸长尺寸、通过图像快捷准确地定位输送带上的故障,具有很高的实用价值。 The steel cord conveyor belt nondestructive detection is the very important problem in industry production. By observing and processing the steel cord conveyor belt images conveniently acquired from the steel cord conveyor belt nondestructive detection system based on X--ray, the system sets up the vertical ruler and the horizontal ruler that can reflect the real dimension of the conveyor belt. By the way of theory analyzing and application locale testing, this method can not only observe and process the steel cord conveyor belt images, but also achieved to measure the elongated dimension of the join part of conveyor belt, locate the fault on the belt fast and exactly throughout the acquired image. So the system has high value of application.
