摘要
为提高烤烟质量,提高烟草行业的经济效益,必须研究并采用先进技术和设备来准确落实科学的烘烤工艺;为此,结合智能控制理论,充分利用模糊算法和神经算法两者的优点,提出了一种模糊神经算法来控制烤房内的温度、湿度,利用单片机实现了该系统,其结果控制效果优越于自动控制;解决了自动控制在耦合、大惯性、非线性、时变及在烘烤过程中时常需要根据人的经验判断进行调整等不足之处;对逐步实现烟叶烘烤的智能化控制,提高烤烟综合生产能力有重要意义。
To improve the quality of tobacco drying and improve the cost--effectiveness of the tobacco industry, it must adopt advanced technology and equipment to accurately implement the scientific drying technology. So according to intelligent control theory, a new method fuzzy neural algorithms is proposed. It is applied to control temperature and humidity in tobacco drying. The system can be achieved by microcontroller core. The result has shown that the method is superior to currently existing automatic control.
